What Happens After I Place My Order?
Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak times, this may extend up to 5 business days.
What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at help.chopgizmo@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT." We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched. Please note that we cannot offer compensation for packages marked undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

What About Lost or Stolen Orders?
ChopGizmo.com is not liable for orders reported as lost or stolen after they have been successfully delivered by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.
